Pizza Hut Delivery
There were instructions for collection in my order confirmation which I followed. When I rang the restaurant upon arrival to say I was there and to bring my order out, the staff member was rude, just told me to come in then hung up. So I walk in, all the staff is just standing around chatting in the back, nobody even greets me (despite being fully aware I was there). Eventually one member of staff asks what I want, then proceeds to tell me they have no order under my name… even though they barely seemed to have any orders to not exactly overrun and easy to miss orders. They then found my pizzas and they were fine. But will definitely not be ordering from here again

Been ordering here since 2020, never had a bad meal here, pizza always tastes nice and hot. Better than domino's a few doors down

Order for collection and have had the same problem every time. Guy at the counter asks for the name and goes to check never to return. Last pizza we got was tepid. Not impressed at all

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides. They sent the wrong pizza for one and the other was a medium instead of large. The sides were also awful, the chicken strips were tiny and there was a handful of wedges in a box. On top of this all of the food was cold. After this they offered 15 slices as 'good will' instead of the refund I asked for. The slices they offered were supposedly enough for 2 large pizzas but in order to use them you have to spend £8 or more for one pizza and then do another order at the same price for the other. Clearly not a suitable replacement for a refund.

Ordered from here through their website no problem. However when the food arrived they had forgotten 1 item from the order and so I then had to call up the restaurant and get it reordered. When the missing side finally arrived, about 20 minutes later, it was really cold and horrible.The pizza itself was really tasty and was fairly generous with their toppings too.

I have had so many bad experiences when ordering from this place in just the space of a few months…I had ordered a couple of standard pizza’s and a side, they completely mucked up the order, never gave a sincere apology or reason. A few weeks prior to that I had ordered for me and my family and the food had came 40 minutes late. Now this is the final straw where I feel the need to write a bad review, I have just placed an order from Pizza Hut Bitterne and they have sent an email saying my order has been cancelled yet £20.78 has been taken out of my bank account? I called back in hopes that an employee would help me to understand what has happened but when I had explained what had happened I received a aggravated attitude from the member of staff. Long story short I didn’t get my money or pizza…

So, it's good to see pizza hut offering gluten free pizza that tastes good. What's not good is calling what is clearly a small a medium. Just because you make it rectangular doesn't mean people won't notice its really a small. Disappointed, at least with papa John's a medium is a medium!
