Wouldn’t recommend at all. Went in for wash and cut, paid £18. Wasn’t washed, then cut too short even against my word because what I asked for ‘wasn’t a proper haircut’. All round rubbish and extremely overpriced.

I don't often get my hair cut (!) But dropped into Chapps the other day with no appointment, and was given an excellent cut by a helpful and polite young guy. What more can you ask?

Friendly, skilled barbers, well staffed so you shouldn’t wait too long if you walk in, simple effective booking system for next day slots and same day phone appointments available too. Good haircuts and good with kids.

On Holiday in Southwold. Me and my son dropped in for a haircut.Jack and Isaac were brilliant. I showed Jack a photo of what I wanted. He cut it exactly like it. Very precise. Best haircut I’ve had for years.

Came in for a quick haircut and was sorted out by James, who I had a lovely, socialable chat with, leaving satisfied with my new trim. His 6 years of experience really showed. Would highly recommend for a walk in.
