Amanda at Rogue Hypnotherapy is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever had the pleasure to meet.Amanda has this incredible 'spidey sense' and knows when people need help. She came to me in my time of need after some particularly distressing and cumulative life experiences. I didn't know which way was up. I first went to Amanda a few years ago, i was finding anxiety was seriously effecting my life and even causing me physical pain. I came out of my sessions feeling like the colour had been put back in my world. More recently Amanda has helped me cope with working in the NHS during the pandemic. She is so understanding and patient, instantly felt at ease.

I saw Amanda at Rogue Hypnotherapy for one session. After experiencing a traumatic incident I was left deeply shaken, struggling to let go of anxious thoughts and replaying events over and over. I was struggling with everyday life.Amanda was so warm, caring and compassionate. I felt immediately at ease and safe to open up and work through these difficult issues. After the session I felt lighter and lifted. Not only had I worked through and released the trauma I was buoyed with a positivity and zest for life. Amanda didn’t push further sessions and, although always available if I needed her again, have not struggled with this trauma since. Amanda is a marvel!

I went to Amanda because I was struggling with vocal tension and performance nerves. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was immediately put at ease. Working with Amanda is just a wonderful experience. She has helped me work through so many blocks and I feel like the light is coming back to my creative life. Amanda has helped my daughter to cope with chronic pain. She is extremely open and approachable and made my daughter feel comfortable to talk. She doesn’t focus on the past but helps by using lots of tools and different ways of approaching a problem. She is very adaptable and I’m sure employs different techniques and strategies for each unique individual. Her friendly , down to earth and caring nature really helps and her wide knowledge and many specialisms all work together. She is a true professional and genuinely cares.

Amanda is an amazing human being who glows from within: with kindness, wisdom and a desire to heal. I asked for help addressing unresolved issues resulting from a breakdown in my marriage and difficulties bringing up a step-child. Amanda gave me time to talk and then used eye movement therapy to treat me. I can say genuinely that after my session, I felt calmer, and I feel that much of the subconscious pain concerning my step-child has eased. I am very grateful to Amanda and I recommend her highly.

Amanda is an incredible therapist and communicator and anyone would be lucky to get the opportunity to work with her! I have experience with a few different therapists (and kinds of therapy, including medical doctors) and she was by far the best I’ve worked with. I only wish I had found her sooner!

I have struggled with a lack of focus as well as procrastinating and being stubborn about it. Amanda really helped me to get to the root of things and gave me tools and techniques to recognise what I was doing, keep focused and get things done.As well as helping me with this, Amanda also helped me with grief that I hadn't dealt with and that had been really affecting me subconsciously for years. I am not someone who would usually look for or accept help for things like this, but I would 100% recommend Amanda.
