We found BGA through the RIBA website after submitting details of the project. They were helpful from the first contact & we elected to allow them to manage the project, organising & advising on planning, structural engineers & builders, enabling us to make the required decisions. The site meetings were helpful & informative, professional but friendly. Russell was hands on & responsive, & unforeseen problems were dealt with promptly. Thoroughly recommend BGA architects!

We connected with Peter at BGA the first time he visited us and discussed options to re-model our home to suit a growing family. He listened to our needs and came up with a mix of initial proposals both conservative and more radical. He was extremely patient with us as we honed down to a final design and helped us get through all the documentation required for planning and building regulations. The team at BGA have been fantastic. We've worked with them for over a year to develop multiple designs as our requirements evolved. They have been patient throughout, advising and providing alternatives to finally come up with a design that ticked our requirements. The BGA team has provided us with great service at short notice. We contacted BGA after we had multiple issues and resulting delays with another architect. The BGA team were onsite measuring up our house and garden within 2 weeks of first contact.We wanted help with design and planing approval for a loft conversion and ground floor extension. Peter from BGA was very knowledgeable and provided us with opinions and suggestions to find best design. They then created designs and in room mock ups and helped submit for planing application.With so much delay on our project so far it was good to know BGA was now working with us and had our back.BGA are reasonably priced and outline their services individually so you can pick/choose what you require. We went with cheapest architect a few years ago and this mistake has lead to huge delay and cost.Make a good decision with a good architect at the beginning. With hindsight we didnt realise how much this sets out direction for rest of the project and is such a worthwhile investment. You pay for what you get.Thanks again to Peter and team!

Russell has been great from the start, being professional and communicative throughout the whole process so far. I feel he really understood my vision. I'm really happy with the final design and the outcome of it being approved, and look forward to the next steps of the project!

Having an idea to redevelop our residential property site, we contacted Russell of BGA.With Russell’s help, feasibility options were developed. Followed by site investigations, a feasibility option was shoe horned into the site plan and was fine tuned into designed drawings for Local Authority planning approval. After some alterations to the design, the Local Authority planning approval was agreed, all via Russell and his team.The site is now for sale with re-development approvals.

We were left in awe at the work Rob did to help us develop and bring our home to life. The Trunk Bay - BVI property is challenging due to the contours and environment but he captured everything we needed, wanted and much much more. We cant wait to continue the journey!
