Gatwick Valet Parking North Terminal

This company’s 2 star rating is not reflective of the service. They do NOT operate out of the south terminal and lied that it was randomly closed at the time we arrived for our flight - we drove up to the south terminal car park and it was open. They did the same on the return. I would advise to add at least 40 mins to your journey time for this but I actually strongly advise not using this company at all. They also returned our brand new car caked in mud inside and outside as it clearly had been parked in a boggy field for the week. Our advice is not to use them or trust them with your car.

We felt a little apprehensive of booking the Valet parking considering the existing reviews but we were extremely happy with our experience. Super speedy and convenient drop off , and equally good experience at pickup. Car left immaculate and in pre-existing state. Special thank you to John who was so lovey at pickup !

Came back to a massively cracked and peeling dashboard.Car must have been left somewhere with sun focused/reflecting onto it on it or close to a large vent/source of heat.If you care about your car don't leave it with Gatwick Valet service.Car was also full of swirl marks and I could see a tiny amount of water on the tailgate but the rest was dry.. so they had wiped it down with dirty cloths.

I was very nervous after booking valet at Gatwick North earlier this month due to the reviews I had read. Considered cancelling but the alternatives cost the same as a one way flight to Turkey as it was so close to the booking date I had to just pray that all would be well.Drop off was very easy. The signage is very clear and we did not have to wait to hand over our keys. We took video footage of the outside and inside of the car as the operative patiently waited (we were not taking any risks). We also took a picture of the mileage so that we could see how many miles the car had done when we returned.I am a blue badge holder and was told to leave the badge in the car so it was parked in a disabled bay on our return. I was not happy about that but my husband told me to stop being paranoid and leave it. So I did.On our return, our flight was delayed so I was a bit worried that we would go over the time but I always book the exit a good 2-3hrs after landing because you can always get the vehicle back earlier if necessary.The car was a bit dusty; it’s obviously left in an uncovered outside area and had done 6 miles in total.Unfortunately, the car was not parking in a blue badge bay but we still had the wheelchair so it wasn’t too bad. It did make me question why I needed to leave the blue badge in the car though. It was left on the windscreen so not sure what happened.Overall a pretty straight forward experience.Would I use valet again? Hmm, I think I prefer meet and greet but if that wasn’t available I would use them again.

Sadly an awful service recently - keys and car could not be found and the three service staff were in complete disorganised chaos. A number of us were kept to the side whilst they attempted to find the cars and eventually found them with no apology or interest in service - from the other reviews this seems a recurring theme. Super disappointing and zero customer service.

Disgraceful service and poorly organised by ill equipped and unhelpful staff.Pick up was due for midnight and it is now 3 hours later and they can't even tell me when it will be collected and bought over for me to drive home.There is literally over 50 people next to me in the same boat waiting for their cars with the staff telling new people that it's a short 30 min wait which they know is an outright lie. There seems to be no structure or plan on when and how cars are being collected and dropped off by the valets. They are implying there will be no support or refunds for this debacle as it's out of their control"

Terrible service. Arrival and handover was fine, apart from minor issues, but on return found the car left with a completely dead battery. Had it jump started and left, but needed to stop at Cobham Services for my 4 year old to use the toilet and when I returned to the car the battery was dead again, showing how drained it must have been as 45 minutes on the road hadn't done anything... Contacted them about it and was told that as I hadn't identified, or complained about the problem before leaving the car park there was nothing they were going to do... Absolutely laughable customer service, park somewhere else if you value your car.

Returned to find my car covered in bird poo. I appreciate the surrounding areas around Gatwick are rural and wooded but they could have at least cleaned the car before I returned.Customer service only offered 20% off my next visit. So rather than rectify the current problem they wanted more money from me.I wish I had read the other reviews before I booked.I would avoid using Gatwick Valet Parking.

Good experience here.Dropped car no problem.Car ready when I returned.Noted some damage to a wheel that I didn't recall. Went to the office they loaded up the photos taken on entry, egg on my face as damage already present.Good system!
