I cannot thank Rachel enough for all her kind words, wisdom and support throughout the start of my breastfeeding journey. After struggling with weight loss, prolonged jaundice, tongue tie and a delay in my milk coming in I was doubting whether I would be able to continue to exclusively bf my baby girl. However, with Rachel’s amazing support, useful tips and advice she began to turn a corner and is now a happy, smiley, and thriving exclusively breast fed 3 month old. Rachel is a fountain of knowledge and has great solutions to any bf obstacles/issues due to her wealth of experience. Rachel was a huge help in person and remotely in those early days in helping me regain my confidence in breastfeeding with my second baby.Not only helping with latch and different positions but sharing very valuable knowledge in when we might hit bumps in the road and when self doubt might creep in - like cluster feeding, a week 3 growth spurt and gut maturation.Engorgement saw me having to use nipple shields to help support a good latch but with Rachel's expert advice and support we now feed confidently without 10 weeks down the line.Her knowledge and support both in person and over the phone has been invaluable in keeping our breastfeeding journey going through worries over reduced supply, engorgement, cracked nipples and mastitis.I would not hesitate to recommend her and hope more women feel able to reach out for this amazing lifeline when it comes to breastfeeding queries!Thanks Rachel!

I'm so grateful for the support Rachel gave us after having my little boy. We didn't have the easiest start to our breastfeeding journey but Rachel was kind and compassionate as well as being really knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease with her and she was always there with ideas and suggestions when things felt tough. My little boy has just stopped feeding after 21 months and I feel hugely proud... I can't thank Rachel enough for all her help - we would never have got to this point without her!

After an unplanned section, my milk had not come in, meaning that my baby was not being fed as much milk as needed. This caused a drop in weight of 12.7% in two days. We needed to get her weight up quickly so relied on bottles of formula for 2 weeks. Rachel helped myself and baby learn how to latch correctly and how to breastfeed effectively. We are only a day since our consultation and my baby is already slowly weaning off formula and now having more breast milk. This is a journey but we are so impressed with the results so far and feel as though soon we may be able to exclusively breast feed.Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate.
