I love this shop always a lovely array of colours staff members are always friendly and helpful my favourite shop in merry hill.

They have some nice fashion but the rails of clothes are too close it's difficult to see everything. LP

I got it clothes for funeral, where I couldn't get fit anywhere else for me!!

Lot's of selection dresses blouses tops trousers however shop a bit small so everything is everywhere but found a lovely dress that I purchased will shop there agsin

Just got home from visiting Roman, as a store goes its ok, some really nice garments to choose from although they didn't have the specific dress we went for. The lady behind the counter was very helpful in trying to find the dress on line and conceded to say it would probably easier if we ordered it on line. Not what we wanted to hear to be fair but fair play to her she didn't leave us with no options and of course we will go on line and get the dress we want. Just a real shame though cos I suspect this is why our high streets are becoming less and less and people are going straight to the www. All in all though a good shop with as good a customer service that they could offer.

This store is not the most pleasant shopping experience. The lighting is poor, and too crammed with clothes rails, so you are unable to move around easily! If you suffer migraines the dark uneven lighting is a trigger.
