I visited your workshop in Guildford on 25.06.2022. replacement of my car windscreen. I am very disappointed, desperate and frustrated for their work.My first problem is, i booked an appointment for 2 weeks ago,(18.06.2022.) but the company changed my appointment (to 25.06.22).My second problem their work is unacceptable. They cracked the new windscreen about 50cm long on the driver side. And the technician said is safe to drive, which is ridiculous.If the police stopped me they would definitely warn me and let’s not even mention MOT. It’s never gonna pass an MOT like this.Keep in mind they expected me to drive through half of Europe like this.The technician ensured me that he is a professional and he said i dont need to worry. My car is in a good hands.My last and biggest problem is, this ruined our holiday with my partner.Because of this situation i had to rebook my ferry which cost me extra 83£ on top of the normal price.And changed all our plans and appointments that we booked.This is a show car which i was supposed to go to an event with.So now I am stuck without a safe car to drive and I have to wait another week and hope that it will be fixed so I can try and enjoy our holiday.Richard Bodor

Excellent and professional job done by skilled people. I was very impressed by Autoglass and would recommend them. Only 4 stars because the online booking system sucks!

The technician who dealt with my windscreen replacement was clearly knowledgeable, not just with the job of replacing my windscreen but also in the local area. Knowing that following the repair it would need to be left for 2 hours he advised me of a very good cafe in the immediate area where I could go get a coffee or something to eat. Fantastic customer service

Just had the windscreen on My BMW replaced. Excellent job, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff, like for like glass, sensors re-calibrated, perfect job.

Why do these people want payment, BEFORE the job is even done?Do people pay a mechanic, before the work is done, no...My excess should be going to insurance company, right?So why would the payment, before work is done, go to these?Surely the insurance pays them all of it?When ones had a road traffic accident, you don't pay the mechanic first, to fix your insurance job car...I never did.Odd.Like most things nowadays are.

Went to replace windscreen at Guildford autoglass, parked in autoglass car park and entered car reg in reception as instructed by staff. Few days later got a parking fine, obviously protested as did nothing wrong - they reduced it but still said I had to pay £20?! Also car is almost brand new (6 months old), autoglass staff said numerous times I should pay extra to replace windscreen wipers as they were old and scraping the windscreen?! So be prepared, one way or another autoglass is out to squeeze more money out of you

Bit of a shambles I took time off work with my wife to deliver the car to have the windscreen replaced only to find that they had the wrong windscreen and they had not asked the most basic questions about the car to determine which windscreen was required. The claims line also struggled to validate that I had insurance to cover the cost of the windscreen. 5 phone calls and 2 wasted trips to Guildford and still no new windscreen

Great service and completed well within the time scale I was advised of. Warm greeting, explained process and advised of after care for next 24 hours. Car looked after. BMW windscreens can vary from car to car even if same age and model, so you can't always be totally sure what your car was built with until the day of replacement (it's a BMW thing), but I was informed of that and it was ok. All good and recommended. Thank you.

Paid and booked to go on Monday 14th and uploaded photos to show the chip and some scratches. Drove 25 mins to get there only to be told that the entire windscreen would need to be replaced. I agreed. The technician didn’t mention it would cost £115 from the £25 I had paid for the initial issue which was the chip when he said that and then proceeded to cancel my chip repair. When I heard the cost I said just do the chip repair. He said he had already cancelled the job and I need to rebook even though he was standing there and could’ve done the job I had initially booked. I had to rebook 3 days later and now received a call saying all technicians are off ill? Not at all happy about this below par service.
