Holiday booked with Lara at Tui Blackburn, brilliant service. Lara was so helpful and very patient, always smiling (even though we must have driven her crazy with our humming and haaing) - will definitely use this travel agency again.

After booking online and our holiday being cancelled on Monday 28/08, we made our way to the Tui store Blackburn where we would normally book, although online bookings are normally dealt with over the phone the store manager at Blackburn (Shelby) rearranged our holiday so we still get a break.This was by far an easy task, but Shelby pulled everything out of the bag to make sure we were sorted.Shelby, we cannot thank you enough, your help was very much appreciated and all our holidays will be booked in store in the future. Thank you so much.

Myself and my husband went into Blackburn shop today. We were assisted by Donna and she was so helpful, explained all details of the holidays with us that we were interested in. Fabulous service. Went on to book 2 holidays. I can highly recommend the shop and Donna' s service. Brilliant.

Wow, incredible service. 5/5 stars every time. I recently booked a 10 day all inclusive holiday to Morocco with my other half, Linda in the TUI Blackburn branch looked after us brilliantly - she was attentive, clear & lovely. Absolutely amazing service from Linda today who helped me book a girls holiday for next summer! Went into the Tui shop today to book holiday for 2024. Shelby sorted the holiday for me, she is such a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble for her. Infact all the team are so nice. I would definitely recommend this shop for booking your holidays.

I visited the Blackburn store for some brochures for a family holiday next year and was greeted by a lady named Shannon. She was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She gave me some recommendations and asked if I would like to look at some holidays. I was only passing and didn’t have time but she offered to book me an appointment to go and see her again and look at holidays and excursions. I will definitely be back. Thankyou Shannon
