I recently signed up to Claire’s women’s wellness package following a long run of fertility-related health issues. My work with Claire has been truly transformative - I’m only half way through the package and I can honestly and openly say that it’s the best investment in my health and well-being that I’ve made in years!Claire has a unique, kind, and understanding approach, she listens carefully and creates a safe and comfortable space in a way which is so comforting and so rare. Her support with understanding Ayurveda has been easily accessible and has really helped me to feel more healthy physically and mentally. Claire’s virtual reiki sessions have been an incredibly special experience, where I have been able to feel physical changes to my energy whilst Claire is working with me, during the treatment, helping me to heal and grow and providing me with a grounding foundation for reflection in between our sessions together.I couldn’t recommend the women’s wellness package more highly!

As a Reiki practitioner myself, I have seen that the body has the ability to heal itself, given the right conditions. I had been interested in Ayurveda for a while so when I found Claire, I encouraged my daughter, a university student, to book an appointment for her ongoing health issues, chronic asthma, impaired immune system, anxiety and stress. I went to see Claire 2 months ago having been suffering with indigestion pains, being overweight and severe pains in my hips. It was all starting to get me down as it was affecting how I could exercise and walk.We talked for an hour after which she suggested different herbal preparations to take at various times of the day and a change of foods to eat. At first it seemed quite daunting but after persevering it now seems a natural way of life and it pushed me into studying more about Ayurveda.I can happily report that my indigestion has gone completely, I have so far lost over a stone (and still losing). I now go to yoga and pilates 4 times a week and can walk easily without any hip pains.I can thoroughly recommend anyone seeing her to sort out any problems and try Ayurveda as a way of living.

I started working with Claire after seeing her Women's Wellness Package on Instagram, which is 3 months of working together with Ayurveda, reiki and sound.I had experienced a miscarriage at the start of the year and was struggling with hormonal imbalances, bloating, acne and acid reflux as well as generally feeling low. Within the first 5 minutes of our consultation I knew I had made the right decision in booking the package. It was the first time in a very long time that I felt listened to, heard and understood. Claire spent time sensitively going through my history, not just the physical but emotional side too, and talked me through her summary and plan of action. I came away from our first consultation feeling seen and excited about our next steps.Shortly after my first consultation, Claire had emailed me my treatment plan so I could get started right away, which also included some great recipe suggestions too. A few days later a lovely package of herbs arrived in the post - you could really see the care and detail that had gone into it all, which supported me to take those next steps with ease.The reiki sessions included were absolutely magical and so soothing, giving me some much needed peace as well as confidence. It really felt like the cherry on top to help cement all the changes we had been making with my diet and introduction of herbs. Claire has created a perfect pairing with Ayurveda and reiki to improve overall health and wellbeing.At the end of the three months of working together I felt balanced and like myself again, with all previous symptoms a thing of the past. By working together over a period of time it gave me the support I needed and meant I was able to integrate everything into my life smoothly and see great results.Claire is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner who I completed trusted and would highly recommend to all!

Claire is the most supportive, knowledgeable and caring individual you could possible hope for to guide you on your ayurvedic journey. Since my first consultation I have felt to be in the safest of hands. She is reassuring and considerate and, even though I have only been under her guidance for a short time, I am already seeing and more importantly feeling a considerable difference in my wellbeing. I cannot recommend her enough.

I've been wanting to work with Claire for ages, but have been a bit anxious about trying, until last week.I finally took a baby step and tried her virtual Balance Your Agni retreat, and it was incredible.And although I had a really awful week (personally) and had a few wobbles along the way, I loved the routines and having something beautiful and inspiring to look forward to every day.The recipes were delicious, and the remedies really made a difference. It was evident that Claire puts a lot of love and attention into making her retreats very special.I've learnt a lot about myself over the last 5 days - good and bad. And my body really feels different - I've also already (one day later) realised some food/ drink items that might not work with my digestive system anymore.My plan is to incorporate this way of living into my week and definitely follow up with more 121 work with Claire.Thank you, Claire x
