Three Lochs Trekking Centre

Me and my sister booked here for our holiday. Everyone was really nice and the horses were very friendly. We enjoyed it a lot and decided to book to go again the following day. It’s great that you can get a lesson and hack in one!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughter and I went on a lovely hack on Bob and Felica today. The views were stunning, the horses are obviously well loved and well taken care of. All the staff were super friendly too. I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic facility. My 2 young boys had a lesson at 3 lochs. As complete beginners they loved it and the staff were fantastic with them. Thank you so much for making it a lovely experience x

Fun, friendly and well kept yard with friendly staff members!I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars!I’ve been going to this yard now for many years and my passion and love for horses has grew more each year. The trekking horses are laid back, friendly and well kept. On arrival to the yard for my first time - I was greeted by a lovely girl who kept me feeling safe and explained everything from start to finish of my first trekking experience. It was delightful to experience the gorgeous views of the galloway Forrest on horseback. I would recommend this yard to any novice or experienced rider who enjoys peaceful rides but if capable then also to step the pace up a notch! I can’t thank the staff members enough for my experiences each time and the horses for being so well mannered and safe. Definitely a fun day out if you are visiting or live in the area!

Was here last summer and had the best time!Had never been on the horse before and was so nervous but had an absolute blast!!Can’t thank the girl who took me out enough she made me feel safe and explained everything perfectly, really can’t fault the experience at all. Would 100% recommend.

Booked a 30min ride for the kids as we were in caravan site for the weekend. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Horses are beautiful and clearly well loved and cared for. Girls who walked us around were an absolute delight. Cant recommend enough.

An amazing little yard! Been coming here for the last 6 years and never fails! Jessie and the team are fantastic, lots of trials along with a uphill field and arena! Ponies are of sweet nature and absolutely beautiful! (Clearly I have a favourite boy)
