I’m new to the area and I desperately needed my dead ends to be addressed. I’m so glad I chose HoF; I had such a pleasant experience with my new stylist. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable, which I appreciated a lot as new environments and people sometimes makes me anxious. She tackled my hip length hair without batting an eyelid and recommended me a better style that suited what I wanted out of my hair, whilst keeping to a style I liked. I love the final wash, cut and style; and so does my boyfriend, who loves my super long hair! I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience here at Roberts hair salon in Urmston. From the moment I entered the premises I felt comfortable, confident and relaxed. Robert the owner could not have been more kind; after our chat he introduced me to Holly who was going to be my stylist. Holly and I discussed the style and cut I wanted. I was extremely happy with the attentiveness Holly gave me throughout the appointment and her professionalism in styling and cutting my hair. The most thing that impressed me was the way Holly remained with me throughout the whole experience from a deeply nourishing wash and conditioning to the end of my appointment. Also, the lovely cappuccino Robert brought me, and his caring attitude made the experience a lovely, pleasant afternoon at House of Finesse in Urmston Manchester. I will be back soon in order to get my colour done and post some photos. Holly is a wonderful hairdresser and I feel so grateful to have found this gem of a hairdressers.

I've been coming to HOF for a good few years now. In my experience, having also tried other hairdressers in this time period, they are the best in Urmston. I've never been disappointed with my haircut, (they even rescue my hair after a bad cut somewhere else, without judgement!). Very professional service, stylists are amazing, the salon itself has a nice vibe, all the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive... what more can you ask for?I promise to never stray again. I had my 12 year old daughters hair cut here after a bad experience at another salon. Annie washed, cut and styled it beautifully leaving it healthy and manageable. She was lovely with my daughter and put her completely at ease. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much! ❤️

Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I went and they charged me £33 for a hair wash. I went for a hair cut and they said the hair wash is mandatory due to “Covid”. I even brushed my own hair, after the vigorous washing up they said there wasn’t enough time to do the hair cutting and I left after paying. Please make sure you give them clear instructions before booking

Great hair salon! Had a wash, cut and blow dry, reshaping my layers. The stylist was excellent and did a fantastic job, cutting my hair exactly how I wanted. All the team are friendly, and overall it's a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.
