Had an issue with a vape juice, not only did Luke help me he went above and beyond to problem solve. He went out his way to call another store to help me exchange a faulty product. They didnt have my usual flavour (which is the only one I've ever used) no issues he let me try a bunch of other flavours and I ended up leaving the store with a new mint one that I actually prefer.I don't leave reviews much but the service in this shop is always outstanding. Thanks Luke.

Bought reusable vape, lasted 1 hour .. brought back to store to tell me I burnt out battery.. no refunds or help !! Absolutely shocking customer service!! Avoid!!

I've been using this place for a while, and enjoy the (I think the manager) service from Adam.However, i don't really ever feel the need to ever review places...but...I had to wait as Adam served a maturer woman who needed some extra explanations and guidance, which he did with great patience and humility. It's nice to see someone go above and beyond and really look after someone. It's hard to go anywhere else after receiving with this level of service!Many thanks !
