As an HGV driver, I had to spend 2h30m to be loaded. That's way too long. Supervisors are rude and staff just walk around doing nothing.

Collection staff could not be more helpful I'm seen to as soon as I arrive docked and the canteen till loaded. Usually quick loading with no issues

Had a delivery today, replacement motorised brush head for my hoover,( 3rd party order from EBAY) delivery information update was good as I live County Durham, as for the courier delivering it wasn't. No attempt was made to come to the front door instead it was delivered around the back where there's a 6ft gate, the parcel was just dropped over onto my concrete yard, luckily unbroken, no attempt to contact me, if I hadn't heard the thud I wouldn't have known it was there....BAD SHOW AMAZON

14/05/23I don't understand why Dorry Drivers can't wait for loading or unloading in the truck cabin. The driver would be resting for the next transport, but this is not allowed. We have to sit on the hard chairs in the canteen.

Sean & Ali delivered our new fridge freezer, unpacked it & put in kitchen. Politefriendly guys working quickly and efficiently. They reminded us to wait 5 hours to allow the freezer to settle

I've worked here a few months and it's okay. Great staff, great managers and great drivers, the work is good too. It's just general warehouse work (picking, loading, dispatching, organising the warehouse etc) nothing too drastic, you walk/stand pretty much all shift so if that's an issue for you then this job isn't recommended.
