Grays Dental Centre

Attended for an emergency appointment here today. I was met with a friendly smiling receptionist. Asked to go upstairs where I met the Dentist ( I didn’t catch her name) and her assistant. I was made to feel so welcomed by both and comfortable and at no point felt judged. I only felt kindness. After talking me through everything the best option was extraction. I cannot thank them enough for the care I received today and for especially putting me at ease. Thank you again.

Very good experience, my Mum has had four appointments so far with Aman Sagoo. He's kind, very gentle, explains everything with detail and makes you feel very comfortable. Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. All staff is excellent and friendly. Highly recommended. Lidija Marcenko

Absolutely awful experience dentist is rude staff are rude and I would not be surprised if my 12yr old daughter ever wants to see a dentist again she was already petrified and this topped it off. Avoid this practice"(they still need lots) at all costs wished I had read some reviews first."

Very bad practice!They took me off from NHS list because I haven't been there 5 years. Month ago they book me in but I couldn't attend and next month they took me off! I called day before to say I can not do but she said they haven't got that in the system and I have to pay for my visit now!!!!

Excellent service fast and painless, numb my tooth quick after a quick x-ray, to remove my tooth causing my gum problems soreness and swelling. The lady talk to me through the process including viewing the x-ray. what is happening during the extraction well informed throughout the whole treatment. Gave me good advice. I will be back. only negative could of clean my teeth being full of blood. just recieved a tissue.

Visited today and the treatment was excellent, no complaints. All procedures were explained and every effort was taken to save the troubled tooth, when found to be painful it was clear a refill would not be a long term solution and extraction was the best option, fast and painless. Mr Patel and all the staff are very polite, understanding and patient, which is helpful for those who can be a bit nervous on these visits. Highly recommended!

I don't know what are you people saying about this practice ... but I've been there just now 1st time ...lovely staff ,very helpful,they doesnt hang up the phone just looking for solutions, doctor was very good,nice and friendly he understands needs of patient I've decided to be their patient as they all are professional. No one wanted help me with my tooth, which was really bad and I was nearly dying from exhausting from the pain and no sleep over 72hrs..just they took me In almost immediately, the rest of clinic's are full of rudeness through the phone,refusing and asking you to wait with the tooth -which can cause coma and death in some cases-up to a 10days ... I'm glade that I've called this clinic and now I'm all set and ready to finally get my sleep.Thank you All !!

AVOID AVOID. Rude behaviour towards ethnic minorities. From the reception to the dentist, racism clearly visible.Quoted price before service, put price up after service. Ask why there wasn’t clear answer. Poor hygiene. Don’t accept NHS patients. One of the worst dentist in local.
