Very frustrating, good lenses but beware would be my advice. Last order took a month to arrive after payment was taken, but giving the benefit of the doubt I stuck with it...unfortunately I had my latest payment taken 2 months ago and still haven't received the lenses nor no time frame as to when. If you have backlog and supply issues you shouldn't be taking payment for orders you can't fulfill, it’s somewhat dishonest.

Iv used waldo for more than 5 years without issues. Recently they have been facing some issues with stock meaning my prescription was no longer available. Waldo never communicated with me but still charged my account, I had to follow up regarding my lenses in which I was told they were out of stock. I then requested for a refund as I was out of picked and without lenses. I cancelled my subscription and moved to another company.

Had previously used Waldo for my contact lenses, the vitamin lenses specifically, and recommended to many people. I’ve had zero issues until my recent order. Payment was taken on 26 June, no dispatch note and the only updates were as a result of my own enquiries. Still waiting for my lenses, in that time I’ve had to purchase a new pair of glasses elsewhere.Highly disappointing. I’ve stopped recommending them to friends and will be buying elsewhere in the future.

Ordered Friday said 2-3 days delivery come Tuesday had no further emails or contact from them, i had to call to find out where my lenses were, to be told that they hadnt even been sent out yet as they didnt have one of my prescriptions in stock. I had to contact them to receive that information. They should have informed me the second they knew they werent in stock. I have now ordered from somewhere else and have delivery tomorrow (weds)

My wife used this company for our contact lenses. Despite cancelling the subscription and requesting our details to be removed from their system, Waldo still attempt to take £72 from our account. Company reported for not removing our details & dispute now open with bank.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, and if you do check your bank details regularly!!

Edit: months on and after my review I had emails from the company apologising and even credits on my account. Lenses arrived on time for the next delivery. I thought, great, they’ve finally got it together again!Fast forward to this months delivery - payment taken, no dispatch email so once again I have contacted them. They’re on back order with no date with when I’ll actually get them. Apparently I’ll get a refund which isn’t what I want, I just want the lenses and a date for delivery! So obviously they’re out of stock again. This has been going on since January, the lack of communication is shocking for a product where your customers literally rely on to see! I can’t persevere anymore, time to cancel my subscription after years of using them!I love Waldo lenses, they are by far the most comfortable lenses I’ve used but their service has really dipped since the beginning of the year.Previously they’d take the payment and a day or so later I’d get a dispatch notification and the lenses would arrive in less than a week -- all perfectly timed for when I’m about to run out.Now, the payment is taken and nothing arrives until I call and chase. This is usually 7 days after the initial payment and then it can still take 1-2 weeks for them to arrive. So I’m left without lenses for up to 3 weeks without any communication from Waldo unless I call them.This has happened with my last three orders, and it's incredibly frustrating. Even after moving my payment date back two weeks, I still encountered the same issue.While I understand that global stock issues and delivery problems are impacting everyone, I expect a subscription service like Waldo to be aware of their stock holding and upcoming orders and inform their customers if they cannot fulfill them.I rely on my lenses to see, and it's unacceptable to wait for weeks without any communication. Unfortunately, the lack of communication from Waldo is reflecting very poorly on their company. I hope they address this issue soon and improve their service, as I am considering cancelling my subscription.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a trial paper of lenses for£2.35 and next thing my account is debited with£148. You can't get through to anyone, not via email, not by phone Facebook. Scammers! I want a refund

AVOID - took my money for 3 months without any notification that my lenses were out of stock. It wasn’t until I realised that I was running low on my lenses that I contacted them only to be told, yes we’ve charged you but sorry due to a stock issue we can’t fulfil your prescription - appalling!

I am incredibly disappointed with the service of Waldo. I was keen to try your contact lenses, I paid for shipping but no notification and did not arrive. No one has responded to me after multiple attempts, I will never recommend them due to the appalling service.

Been using Waldo for my lenses for a couple of years now, normally no issues just the odd late delivery.But the past 3 or 4 months I haven't received a single contact lens but they have taken my money. I don't know what's changed but beware
