Absolutely delighted with the service I got from start to finish with John and Mark. We had a title dispute with a neighbour on our 1 acre plot in the middle of woodland. Mark was an amazing communicator from the start. He was attentive and clear of what was needed. We had 3 meetings online to discuss over a long period as I had to wait for action from the other party. Every time he reacted quickly. He gave initial free advice and a high level plan, as had worked on the site before. Then I needed more detail for the land registry. John then came into the loop and surveyed the site. Marked it all up on the ground and clarified a fair few discrepancies. From start to finish I felt well looked after and a valued customer. They gave me a fair price, which I compared with a friend in the same business. I had to change quite a few things due to issues on site and plan issues. They kept to the price and turned everything round at amazing speed. I just can't fault them. Amazing customer service and so glad I went with them. Many thanks John and Mark!
