Excellent from start to finish, listened to the brief and gave us valued advice and tips on where to put key features of the house. Endlessly followed up the entire planning process including changes and stress management (our side after the long wait). Will 100% use S11 for future work.

Peter went above and beyond on our recent loft conversion and we cannot recommend his company highly enough. He was great from the start and very accommodating, he arrange meetings and phone calls at times that were convenient for us. He managed to get us through a very tricky planning application and helped find the company who completed the project.He also helped us secure other contractors and spent a lot of time contacting several companies getting us the best price on the work. Nothing was too much trouble for him even with us changing our mind on things at the last minute.He was a constant support through the whole project and visited the site regularly to check on progress. The finished result is amazing and has created a lovely new space for our family home, we would definitely use him again on future projects.

Highly recommended. We had a wrap around extention in 2021 and used S11 architecture, as they stood out from other companies during the discussion phase. They listened to us and understood how we intended to use the space. They came back with ideas we could never have thought of ourselves, while keeping within budget. They also helped us throughout the whole extention process and made the experience less stressful.

Pete at S11 Architecture helped design and deliver our new kitchen build, absolutely transforming the house. Pete was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable across all aspects of design and build and the detail in his planning was second to none - all aspects were considered, from lighting a and electrical points to potential audio outputs. Peter and S11-Architecture have been fantastic from start to finish. We first spoke to Peter just 3 years ago when we had just moved into our home. Fast forward and he has been patient with us as family circumstances changed and our decisions went back and forth. The design is exactly what we were hoping for and we know it's going to make this house work so much better for our family.He has been exceptional in communicating throughout the experience not only with ourselves but our contractor and most recently with neighbours who threw a spanner in the works. Peter dealt with them swiftly appeasing their concerns and resolving the whole thing within a couple of days. We are now in the hands of the contractor and look forward to seeing Peter's designs come to fruition.

Pete Has been great he helped us negotiate the planning application hoops for our bay window rebuild. This included negotiation with the planning office related to being in a conservation area and the planners wanting us to not put the stained glass back in. He was a great help both during this process and also providing a font of technical knowledge facilitating the builders to achieve a high quality finish. This included site visits and meetings with the builder to get it just right down to the final detail.When the builder was unable to finish the project due to personal issues, Pete came to the rescue and was able to put us in contact with the right people to get the job finished and it looks great now.I would highly recommend Pete for your architectural needs and we will use him again for any future work.Thanks Pete

We would be absolutely lost with out Pete at S11 Architecture. We have taken on a big renovation project and Pete is helping us create our perfect family home. He goes above and beyond to help. He knows lots of local traders and retailers to help signpost when you feel lost! Costs and fees are very clear and there is no confusion from the start.
