First-class customer service - diagnosed the fault on our café espresso machine remotely and was onsite within 24 hours. Took a coffee machine off us, promised us £150 in part exchange. Promised us a second hand machine for £80 per month then when it came to taking the machine he doubled the price. Has effectively stolen our old coffee machine and refused to give us it back or the £150 scrappage he promised us.
