Had a wardrobe delivery paid £250 an could not fit up the stair way , called in to see the owner an said it’s not my problem, I was shocked he said your wife said it was going down stairs as all are bedrooms are up stairs , and also put the phone down on my wife wile trying to come to some arrangement , the owner said he had the same return policy as John Lewis if so we are entitled to a full refund, so we’re in the process of seeking legal advice.What a nasty person he is .

Decent goods, mind numbing spiel from the older salesman.

Very disappointed in them to be honest. They refunded me for a bed that me and partner no longer needed due to mother in law giving us one and then they took the money back leaving me -100 what makes it worse is I got paid today so I've lost all my money to pay back most of the - I'm not happy at all and I won't be shopping there anymore first thing in the morning I'm heading down to find out what the hell has happened.

Excellent great shop really good prices baught s bed. Fantastic 10 out of 10 and delivered free
