Fabulous peaceful walk close to Limavady. Love it here especially when I want to feel the sea breeze but want to avoid the crowds at Benone beach or can't be bothered driving there.

Excellent walk, especially on windy days as you are protected by the sea wall. When the tide is out you can see the intact remains of a ww2 Vought Corsair, an American fighter aircraft, crashed into Lough Foyle close to Ballykelly on 9 October 1944.

It's so beautiful here. So peaceful and quiet with just the sound of birds and 1000 acres of sky.

It’s a great walk with views of Benevenagh or if you climb to to top of the sea all views across Lough Foyle towards Donegal.

Great place for a walk. This place is a RSPB reserve. You can also see a world war 2 plane in the sand when the tide is out. Stunning views of binevenagh mountain.
