Very professional Cctv installers they helped me sort out the problem when one of my cameras blew after an electrical inspection and helped reset the cameras and get them setup spot on. Many thanks guys and look forward to our next install.

I worked for this company and found them very two faced and unprofessional. I never received a pay slip or any certificates to say I was qualified within the two years I worked there. Since deciding to leave due to how I was being treated, I still haven’t received my P-45 after three months of leaving the company. Very unprofessional.

Aurum Alarms came in to replace our faulty (and loud) alarm with a few minutes, installed a new one there and then, and have been great to work with. They answered our questions and they're reasonably priced. They are prompt and smart. We would recommend

I would highly recommend Aurum alarms. I had both a cctv and alarm system fitted by them. Their fitters were polite, friendly and very professional. They completed the job on time and left my house clean and tidy., always a bonus! Very pleased with them.

We inherited an alarm system when we moved house. Mark visited to service the system and explain how it works, which was very helpful. A few weeks later we had a problem at an inconvenient time, and Mark was round within an hour to sort it out for us. Excellent service.
