Just bought out of Donnelly Renault ballymena for the second time. Traded in our old car and picked up a newer model with less miles. Jack was a great help, we told him our budget and what size of car we were looking for and he came up with options that suited us and when we seen a different model we wanted in the showroom he was able to help sort that out for us. These guys and girls went above and beyond to help us after a breakdown of a vehicle we recently purchased. The fault is being rectified under warranty and we received superb support from Tony to help with recovery, and a courtesy car, even going the extra mile in driving up to Belfast to pick up a wheelchair for me after a broken leg injury meant difficulties getting around. Donelly group highly recommended for their excellent service and human kindness.

Want to say massive thanks for Mark at renault Campsie site and renault ballymena manager for all they did in bringing the car to bmena that my wife wanted up from Campsie to view and making the deal happen with no pressure put on us.. Think this is the 6th or 7th trade we have done via the donnelly group never had any trouble via them after sales was always good should speak volumes, looking forward to continuing trading in the future.
