They never answer the phone, or their emails. They originally told me they sent my MRI results but my GP never received them. So now I'm trying to chase and chase but it is seemingly impossible to get an actual answer.

Absolutely uselessMake your mind up whether you are a private hospital or an NHS hopsital. over a week of promises to call me back, with daily phone calls from me chasing , and no help whatsoever. Just be honest with people. not much to ask
