Unit Four Gym

Went to Unit 4 gym to get my wet cupping done by recharge clinic. Gym staff well mannered and gym is really nice and clean. Hamid provided a comfortable service. Hygiene was very good. Was my first time, received a professional service and i feel great. Respect Unit Four gym & The Recharge clinic !

Gym is 10/10, staff and owner friendly af, everything is 10/10. Just would be a lot better if gym closed at 12 midnight instead of 10

Let me begin by stating that I've been to more gyms than I can remember, therefore I possessed some knowledge about this industry. Allow me to just put it simply, this establishment places one of my top 3 gyms so far, behind my very first and second gym I'd become member of. Sentimental values.. However, this one although by far better equipped, aforementioned gyms where maybe 1/20 size and 1/100 equipment, definitely brings the same vibe of simply lifting. Not to mention, they still have metal plates, so your nail varnish might come off, careful. But don't matter, because the meaning of life is the space between the plates(Tom Platz), so its only an advantage. Sorry Temple Gym, your crown has been long gone...

Fairly large gym with a decent selection of equipment. Equipment worn down and not really well maintained. Changing rooms and toilets were okay. No water fountain so stuck with tap water or buying a bottle of water from the front desk. No air conditioning, just fans so can get hot.

Great atmosphere, friendly people, spacious, tidy , all equipments you need, great music. Tick all the boxes for me

They lack air conditioning so during the very few days it's been hot this summer the gym was unbearable, very stuffy. Also the women's changing room is very small, with only one toilet, and a small bench. Won't be able to lock any things away either.The women's area is decent, but would be nice if they had a pull up machine in there.

Came from manchester for a few days, needed a good gym with cheap day pass, my friend recommended this gym. Had a banging gym session, sauna & cold shower then had my cupping done at the new clinic I heard about. The brother was very lovely, made me feel brand new & the gym staff/ people were all very welcoming!!!

An amazing gym with amazing facilities, one of many good things about this gym is that they think about their customers, and they are opening a ladies only section where women can train in comfort.

This gym has to be the very best in Birmingham in terms of size, layout and also more importantly how tidy and clean it is together with fellow members always putting equipment away, cannot fault it first class and the staff are the very best and welcoming.
