Bought a couple of lamps recently. One of them was damaged and had been clearly been repaired at the top. Upon Informing the store, I was pleasantly surprised to get a superb response. Not only was the lamp promptly replaced, it was delivered to my door (over 1.5 hrs away) at no extra charge and came with a complimentary vase on top. Will definitely return. Thanks for all your help!
