Sorry guys but the food was below standard. The staff were nice and attentive which saved the lunch. We didn’t make a fuss as to not sour the Pre-Christmas get together. . It’s a lovely pub situated in a great spot but, as per, my first choice was not available - a burger!

A fantastic place to have a good meal with some great beers!Positives:- Absolutely perfect example of staff. Very kind, friendly, and caring. They went out of their way to ensure I was looked after. Shoutout to Alex!!- There is plenty of space internally and externally, with a range of seating preferences to suit every occasion!- The drinks.. incredible choices at really quite competitive prices!- Nice ranges of food, also not overly priced.Improvements:The only thing I would mention was that my chicken burger was a little overcooked, as the chicken breast was quite tough. However, the food was nicely flavoured and good quality.

Very popular with Real Ale enthusiasts I would think, a large selection brewed on the premises.Sunday lunch times certainly popular, the clamour of customers efficiently and swiftly dealt with by friendly staff.Food was delicious and expertly prepared.Probably best to book a table but some walk ins can be fitted in.Spacious outdoor area with heaters.You can order on your phone with the QR code or at the bar.

What an amazing place! Love the feel of the brewery and learnt so much about the beer I enjoy. Martin gave some brilliant personalised recommendations after asking a few questions about what I like about beer. Got them spot on!Great service from everyone and the food was lovely, i had the beer battered fish which was battered in beer brewed on site. A lovely change from big chain pubs. Thanks and we'll be back!

I was given a burger and beer experience as gift and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great and beer was just as good. Huge variety of beers, ales and IPA's to choose from. Great atmosphere all round and staff were all friendly and served with a smile. Definitely will be returning and recommend it.

I like beer and figured it would be nice to find out how it's made, so I booked the brew day experience. Martin the master brewer was our guide on this adventure and was the star of the day! He was entertaining, a wealth of knowledge & didn't mind putting up with all my questions.Breakfast, lunch, beer and learning - what more could you ask for! A great experience that I'd highly recommend.

My partner and I went here for a Brewery making experience day. The host 'Martin' was outstanding, very informative and funny with it. Making beer on a large scale was the first time for us. We have made Gin, Brandy and Whiskey on previously tours, but this was certainly the best of them all.To top it off, the variety of beers was amazing, certainly provided food for thought. Speaking of food, the service and quality of food was well above standard. Not what we were expecting.The venue was very clean and atmosphere was great from 10:00 when we arrived till 17:30 when we left. A little worse for wear :-).Big thank you to Brewhouse and their staff. In particular Martin for an excellent day. Highly recommended.

We arrived for our annual Christmas get together which I had booked a long time in advance. When we walked through the door we were greeted by what can only be described as the smell of a used toilet. Our table was in the busy bar and not in the nicer restaurant area. I asked for a new table but was told they were full. As we didn't want to eat food whilst also smelling sewage, we had a drink and left without eating. Had a lovely non toilet dinner in another pub on Palmerston Road.

Sampled a brewery experience, which involved tasting ten 1/3rd pint samples of beers from the in-house brewery. Excellent information provided by our host for the two hour session. Beers ranged from Lager, IPA, to Stout. The sour beer was not my cup of tea though. Well worth the time anyway. Good normal selection of beers and food. Large seating areas inside and out. Friendly staff.
