(Read to the end) I ordered a watch which was a “special edition” so it took 4 WEEKS! 4 weeks after i initially put the order in. Their could have email/ring me telling me it may take longer than usual but their didn’t. Instead waited for me to chase it up every week which i think the company is lacking in customer satisfaction skills.I have taken this review from 2 star review to 3 star review. This is because i have had an email from the sales manager sincerely apologising for the delay and is giving me a partial refund in return which is much appreciated by them. Thank you Alex for reaching out for apologising.Another update, after they said their will give me a partial refund on 22 November.... now its 25 November and i still have not received an email or notification from my bank of any refund coming in. I had to yet AGAIN chase them up about this partial refund that they were going to give. I had to email them asking them whats going on and their said they will sort it out by the end of the day (25 November). Now i have emailed them back at the average business closing hours to ask why hasn’t it still not sorted when its end of the day which their said their will “ensure” its done. I got an email back saying their will sort it out within an hour. Ok so now am waiting for an hour or so still got no notification from my bank to say their have refunded me. Guess what? I had to email THEM regarding the refund once again which they haven’t sorted yet. That is when their took action and refunded me. I think the hassle i have had with this company, i will not shop again with these guys! I would rather shop somewhere else, maybe bit more expensive but hopefully their will care about their customers much more than these guys! Only 1 star! Really bad experience! I ordered a he’s and hers watch 22 days ago. The website advised 6-12 days postage. Turns out after 10 days that one of the watch’s was not in stock however the week before I was advised that the order had already been sent to Dpd. I spoke to dpd to confirm and they advised nothing has been sent to them just an empty tracking number.I called in after that time allowing them more time to get the watch sorted (at this point Iv already missed my parents anniversary and had to buy them another gift) I got a call from the manager after requesting this to advise the watch’s would be sent out first thing tomorrow. I asked for them not to be sent and asked for a refund instead. Manager advised we will give you £20 as compensation. I agreed to this.The watch’s arrived today, one with Dhl and the other with Royal Mail? Which I though was starangw at first anyway because it was meant to be 1 set of a hes and hers.Turns out one dial is silver and the other rose gold? Absolutely gutted. Been calling them all day and no one’s answering the phone, I guess there having an early weekend.Will be back on the phone first thing on Monday morning to get the watch’s returned.

The watch is excellent, customer service was spot on when I phoned to discuss some aspects of the watch and was reassured of the authenticity. Delivery was swift and I was even given a choice for delaying delivery when I phoned up to check on progress. Only thing left for me to do is get the strap adjusted but expected to do so, will be looking to use designer posh watches in the future.

Ordered watch listed as in stock. Chased the order as was for a birthday present but was told would be 10 days delivery due to watch not being in stock. Waited another week only to be told it would be another week before they could get the watch to us.Requested refund as watch was a for a present. Offered £20 off watch but we requested a refund as by now we were nearly 2 weeks past birthday and could not be certain it would arrive.Refunded quickly and very polite service. Also responded quickly to requests for updates. Frustrating that item was not available as would have gone elsewhere initially.2 star review as my experience was not good however seems that we may have been just unlucky as reviews seem generally positive. Would use again but would want clarification that item listed as in stock is in fact available.

Excellent watch very very smart, I love it.Please note when buying this watch and you have a small wrist like myself you will need to have links taken out.Because when I got my watch the bracelet was very big. Links taken out and fits very nicely. fast delivery! and an AMAZING TIMEPIECE!!!I highly recommend this watch. Great service.we will use it again!

Initially a bit tricky to get the watch I wanted.I ordered and paid for a watch I then received an invoice.After a couple of days I got an email telling me the watch was out of stock" and a "full refund would be issued"

Not Happy! Ordered a watch and paid extra for delivery, only to be told 5 days later that they can't get hold of one. Still Happy to take my money!Buy with caution.

I have bought a number of watches from designer posh watches and every watch I have got has been fantastic.Delivery was always on time as they promised.I got my tracking details and dispatch notifications so I knew exactly when they were arriving.This company have never let me down, I'm already looking for my next one as the service is amazing.100% authentic. ..lovely watches.
