Overall a great service and helpful staff. Placed an order for click and collect at 4.45pm on a Wednesday, it was ready to pick up by 9.05am the next day. If there are ever any problems they do their best to fix whatever issue you have.

Need to reconsider there delivery partner, the past 3 times I’ve placed an order has never been within delivery expectation always expect 2/3 days longer.. always when on a tight deadline can’t rely on them.

Even though I did not purchase my Silhouette Cameo 3 through them (bought for me as a gift) they have always been super helpful on trouble shooting any problems with my machine, on the phone. Damien was particularly helpful when I brought the machine down to MDP because of a cutting strip problem. Always ready with advice and giving me tips and hacks. Would highly recommend them. If you are considering purchasing something like a Cricut or a Cameo - get it here.

Unreal service. Placed an order for wrap and within 20 mins I had a dispatch email with a tracking number. Wrap came around cardboard inner tube, bubble wrap on the outer and in a tall thin cardboard box. Delivered next working day (edit: to. Dublin!).Was scared because it was fast way couriers but no hassle at all. Just placed a second order. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a new cricut maker 3 machine that cost over €450, they chose Fastway for the courier service (why ill never know as they have over 9500 1 star reviews on Trustpilot and an overall 1 star rating on google) over 3 days they attempted to deliver which is lies as ive video footage to prove this! Rang MDP and they just seems so unbothered by this, so I just cancelled. Once I get my refund will be closing my account! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
