Don't use this garage was sold a car and now it needs £4500 in repairs from faults with the vehicle, things that were hidden. How can I trust you when you sold me a dud car in the 1st place and other garages will not do a proper job and guarantee the work either. I feel that I am owed some compensation for this, also the exhaust and suspension issues can only be seen on a ramp I don't have access to a ramp to inspect underneath the car that should have been discovered by you as the garage purchasing the car from someone.

Great people to deal with face to face and on the phone. Very straightforward and easy purchase. They put everything right with the vehicle and gave it a fresh MOT in a short space of time. Found them on Autotrader and it was well worth the 250 mile round trip for me to get to them. I would buy from here again and recommend them.

excellent service and fair price. got my new car on the Friday and found out I had a slow puncture the next day. They arranged for me to take it back Monday and they fixed it with no fuss.

I bought a car from JJ Motors in August. The salesman was excellent. We took the car for a test drive but it went into limp mode. I really liked the car so they said they would get it repaired which they did. I went to pick it up the following week. They could not get the air con regassed so they said I could leave it until they could or I could take it and get it done locally. I took it and then got it regassed, JJ Motors paid the garage immediately over the telephone. I love my new car and would highly recommend the service I received.

Payed just over 2 thousand for a van on the 21st June only drove it 3 times and every time it went into limp mode. Emailed them to see if I had any warranty, they totally ignored me so I rang on Sunday and was told they don't give warranty on commercial vehicles. My van has gone into the garage today to find out what the problem is .just been told by the garage it needs to go to a garage that specializes in diesel engines, do not buy a commercial vehicle off these rip off merchants.my van needs new injectors.ive just paid 1300 pound to have new injectors altogether it cost me over 3 thousand pounds to get the van running right.

Second time I've bought here, both times I've been very happy with the service and the deals offered.Jordan and Eddie are both friendly and professional, all the cars are well priced and clean, and are well presented both on the forecourt and for collection.When I'm ready to change cars again, JJ motors will be my first stop.

I bought my car from JJ Motors in July this year. I wanted to wait a little while before I posted a review, just in case of any issues. Whilst there were a couple of minor issues with the car after the purchase JJ Motors sorted these for me really quickly; I felt like I was a priority and they couldn't do enough to get things sorted for me. I can't fault their after sales care and commitment to customer service (just to be clear the issues with the car were pretty minor, and pretty typical of a 10 year old second hand car).When I went to view the car I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever, and the team were all really friendly and helpful. Overall its just been a really really good experience and I feel like, even now the car is out of warranty, I could still go back to them if I had any issues or needed some help with it!

We needed a van for work, seen Jordan and Eddy for some advice in what works for us and they certainly didn’t disappoint, We had a van off them in a few days which was spot on, clean fresh even put a new Mot on with some work done. Great service cheers Guys

Bought a mercedes c320 from eddy, fantastic customer service from start to finish. Gave me a good price for my p/x against the car to. After I got the c320 a slight problem happened to with the car that needed to be repaired. Eddy was more then helpfull in having the problem repaired. A true great experience and a trust worthy business. Thanks again guys
