DISCLAIMER: No idea about there service, so can't comment on that. Im only reviewing customer care.After initating contact via website stating my damp issue, I received an email response from a customer service team member ( I won't name her) dated 26th May, asking me to phone to arrange survey. When I called I was told she wasn't available and I would recieve a call back. I'm still waiting... in the meantime, via checkatrade, I've had someone else out who phoned me promptly.No-one has time to chase a company to give them their business. It does not inspire confidence.

Timberwise did some repairs for us and made a great job. Staff are lovely too.

Very helpful visit by Martin. Analysed the issue (minor) and recommended simple fix. Arrived on time having phoned ahead. Can’t fault and would recommend .

We appointed Timberwise surveyor Scott Heggie to assess one of our properties due to a dampness / condensation report. Scott was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable with his report and questions we put forward. We will certainly look to use Scott and Timberwise in the future.
