As always the staff are friendly and helpful you can usually get what you are looking for in stock or by special order on some items usually within 48 hoursIf like me the catalogue becomes a bit of a blur just ask the staff they will be glad to help. Brilliant place to go.

If you need screws go here. They sell all sorts of screws. 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 32mm, 16mm and 4mm. WARNING. They do not do the fixing for you though. Flash advertising a bit. Otherwise happy

Very good DIY and Hardware store. Very fast service, staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and overall, very helpful. Prices are very competitive, and most times they're cheaper than any other similar stores.

Screwfix is selling a JSP power cap at £336. I bought two upon advice, only to find out they don't supply FFP3 filters. We buy from Screwfix regularly.Screwfix has said they will not accept the return as it is out of the 30-day return policy (by several days). I could have bought a manual mask for £20. That would have done a better job.Their dealing with this is horrific, trying to avoid accepting a complaint and making the process difficult to put you off.I'll never buy from this company again. This isn't the first time they've sold me something incorrect.I very rarely leave bad reviews but they deserve it.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and spoke to by the lady serving (EMMA) been collecting bits for my partner who's a property developer, and never had a problem before I won't be using them again, she shouldn't have a job serving people if she cant be polite and curtious to the public !!!
