We've just bought a second hand Fiat 500 from this dealership and Gary Andrew, who works there, was lovely to deal with. We'd had a very disorganised experienced with a local dealership in Swindon, with no one seeming to know which cars were for sale and being pressurised into buying a car we didn't like, so buying a car from Scotland seemed like a long shot, but honestly. it worked like a dream. We were sent videos of the car and then having agreed to go ahead it was transported to Bristol where we picked it up. It's a really nice little car and makes me smile every time I drive it. I couldn't recommend this dealership more highly.

Gary Andrew was a fantastic help to me when I was buying my new Car. He provided great service, understanding that I was nervous about test driving the car having not done this before. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process with great communication and answered all of my questions. Bought a Seat Ateca here a couple of months ago. Excellent service from Kaz and staff.Unfortunately car developed an issue, but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Calley in the service department. That's the 9th car we as a family have got from Arnold Clark in 10 years. 1st class service every time.

Ordered my car at this branch, being based down in Liverpool I was a bit apprehensive about the process. But product consultant Gary Andrew was brilliant through the process. the car required a smart repair and took slightly longer to get my order fully confirmed but Gary kept me updated on a daily basis. Top Draw service from Gary and all the team at this branch, I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me.

My husband booked his car for a service at 10.30 a.m. Phone call at 3.15 to say they hadn't even started. We were already on our way by then to pick it up from 30 miles away, at agreed pick-up time of 4.00 p.m. Eventually got the car at 5.15. Had to sit about waiting. Not impressed!
