Absolutely shocking, don't buy from here. I placed an order here 3 weeks ago and it has still yet to be shipped, the expected delivery day was Nov25 it is now Dec15 and too late to reorder from a more reliable shop before Christmas. Still yet to hear any update despite me messaging multiple times asking for a refund.

I've visited this shop multiple times on different occasions, and have received nothing but positive interactions. Very polite and helpful staff. Good quality computers and laptops at a reasonable price. Definitely would return.

Fantastic service! Really impressed with the work and the customer care. We ran in to a couple of problems trying to get my data transferred to another computer due to encryption but they came up with solutions and managed to do it, all within a day! Thanks so much would definitely recommend to anyone!

I hate to do this since we chatted and they seemed like nice people but.....We had a laptop that stopped displaying and took it in. He thought it might be the screen at first look. He never called. Chasing it up he said it might not be the screen it might be the motherboard. Again he never called.Several times we popped in driving past to either be told it was too clse to Christmas or too soon after Christmas to do anything with it. He had it 5 months in the end before my patience wore out and I took it back.A few days ago driving past a computer shop in Blackburn my wife realised we still had the laptop in the car. I took it in on the off chance he might be able to get a part Bee hadn't been able to aquire in 5 months.As it happened it didn't need a part. He opened it up, took out what he claimed was a RAM chip and blew on it. He said they sometimes fail because they get dusty. He popped it back in and miraculously my 5 month dead laptop sprung to life.I find it difficult to understand why Bee kept my machine for 5 months, without any calls and without finding this simple fault. I would hardly have believed it had been so simple for the other shop to fix had I not stood there and watch it happen.I also bought a replacement from Bee as it had been so long being fixed (which didn't charge and had to have the charger replaced) something which I now know was not necessary had he taken the time to blow the dust off the RAM chip himself.I have to add that I have read the reply to my review. This is a nonsense of the review system to reply like that. The events are exactly as described and sometimes the right thing to do is put your hands up and admit you made a mistake. so now you are not just an incompetent computer repairer you are also an outright liar. That is much worse.

Amazing little shop with an amazing selection of warhammer and paints. An absolute gem.

How would you rate this service,The lap top was taken in on the Tuesday, I think with a charging problem and was told that they would look at it and I said I needed it for the weekend as I was going away, I went back and was told that it was working if the lap top was on its side and the cable pushed in but it was charged so I could use it, but they would order the part.I used it and sent it back on the following Monday, I went away then on my return I called again on the Saturday and was told it would be ready on Monday.I called again on the Monday when I needed to obtain information off the lap top and was told that it was not ready, I informed them that I needed it and would collect it, I was called back and told it would be ready in the afternoon and they would call.No call so I went down to collect it and was told that it was in Cheatham Hill Manchester!!I went back at 5 and it turned up, I paid the £35 and went away with it.Got home and plugged it in NOTHING it was in the same state as when it went in with the exception that all the screws were missing off the back.Sent to another service providerSERVICE ? QUALITY ? REPEAT CUSTOM ?

Very pleasant staff who don't treat you like a dummy. Keen to answer my question and are knowlegable. Offered advice in my favour, not theirs. Fix my laptop real quick and not overpriced. Thank you.
