he canceled 3 appointments because his van broke down then on 4th attempt he was due at 10.00 I arrived at work at 09.54 to find a blank card then spent over 4 hours to try to find out if he was coming back I would not recommend him to anyone

We moved from Southsea to Fareham 2 years ago and continued to go back to Southsea to get our cocker spaniel groomed because our dog loved the groomer. It became a bit of a faff keep going back though, so we decided to book an appointment with Steve following a recommendation from a neighbour.Steve has done a fantastic job. Diesel looks so handsome again and smells wonderful. He gets a bit frightened by the hairdryer so Steve returned the next day once Diesel had dried to finish grooming him.Thanks Steve, we are really pleased with your work and thank you for taking the time to consider the feelings of our rather sensitive pooch. I think you'll be seeing Diesel on a regular basis from now on.
