I think the location is very good, the space is also, the bathroom is not good, narrow and not clean most of the time, the singing voice is very loud, there are many faults in the equipment and it seems that it is old, gradually the cost has become high with the lack of development in the gym and no new equipment,The gym is no longer open 24 hours. This is a negative point , I think the management should change , The manager, his name is Paul, is incompetent and has an aggressive way of talking. Unfortunately the gym a business that cares about money, not customers

Standard gym equipment and changing room/toilet facilities, which is good. Sadly this branch is no longer open 24/7 (but membership price went up) and as a results seems to be a lot busier. Impossible to find a free piece of equipment in peak times.

First day at this gym and I walked back out of it wasn’t for no refund policy I would not have come back so I have to workout here rest of month till membership cancels. Decent gym and equipment but everything is all over place and not organised. In my old gym you knew where all squat racks etc were all dumbbells were in 1 place and all machines. Here squat racks and scattered in different areas and I have to walk across whole gym floor for a arm workout

Such a friendly gym and super central so easy to get to. The staff are super helpful, I especially love Chloe as she’s always happy to give advice and nothing seems too silly a question. I usually get nervous at gyms as I’m not a ‘gym type’ person but it doesn’t feel like that sort of place at all.

The Gym Leeds Headrow is what you'd expect from a Budget Gym, it seems to be of a similar standard to others in it's niche & I presently train here with my PT (James of Trained By James).A couple of simple changes need to be made to improve the Customer Experience:1. Have someone on Duty at the Weekend.I am getting sick of paying for my PTs time only to be disturbed EVERY SINGLE WEEK by other Members needing assistance. If there is someone on Duty they are not on the Gym Floor.. even if there is no class on.I pay my Membership and I pay my PT for PT, I don't pay to be interrupted because there's no Gym staff available.2. The noise levels (I'm referring to the Music) from the Studio during classes need to be lowered. On several occasions I have been at the other side of the Gym where both I & others can hear the Music pounding away. When you can hear the music through your Headphones this does not make for a pleasant environment. The Showers are frequently cool with poor water pressure and often there are empty bottles laying around the changing area.

You can tell by their standard bogus replies on here that they don’t care and nothing gets done. Just look at complains from long ago and to now. They don’t care, cus it’s central people will still come no matter how and it gets and they know it.Still, have to say this…Return 24/7 hours and actually instead of taking so much profits reinvest tiny bit of it into fixing the equipment, shower and toilets. It’s a city centre gym, what a letdown, doesn’t look like it at all with everything broken.Or I assume this is your aggressive extra profit taking strategy, because you know location is central, even if you cut hours in half and don’t repair or renovate anything people will still come?Got news for your upper management who seem to have never heard of delayed effect, your brand image will just go down, when eventually it will be at the bottom and people won’t visit you globally.Fix the gym. Return 24/7 open hours.

Location was its main selling point but there was always something broken and equipment was cheap but usable. Shame it's closing down at Xmas. PureGym it is now then

So the evening post has done a story that plans a being made to demolish the core centre and this is how your members find out!! I have a trainer named James he’s really good and attentive to what I go for and want to achieve I definitely will be following him for sure! Unfortunately there are some aspects that aren’t good to the place as is. Attention to detail with equipment and uneven flooring. The showers in particular are very temperamental. Turning to cold by themselves or switch off, the 3rd and 4th shower in particular are sometimes a battle.

I have been coming to the gym for a while now and the classes are definitely what motivate me to come more, they are challenging but a good way to work out in a group environment rather than feeling scared by yourself. The trainers make you feel welcome and comfortable at any opportunity
