Absolutely amazed by the service provided by Gold Key letting, in particular Tracy and her drive to go above and beyond. She always replies with any concerns in a timely manner and is reassuring with this, willing to go above and beyond. We raised an issue with our new rented property and within 5 minutes Tracy was at the property and had sorted the problem immediately. She has been absolutely amazing and we are very excited for our new tenancy, with her as our point of call. She deserves much recognition for her hard work!

I've contacted them and got a quick reply for a viewing. After seeing the property I immediately sent an email saying I was interested in renting. They never replied my emails nor the text messages I've sent. Completely ghosted me. This is in no ways a good way to treat possible customers.

We called Gold Key for information and advice when we were considering either to sell or let our property. Russell came to see us with lots of leaflets and written information that he left with us to help us make a decision. He was very helpful and followed up after the appointment with an email containing further information. A very helpful and friendly service and I would definately recommend them.

Ended up taking a tenancy with this estate agent.Staff are/were amazing all through the application/reference process. Made sure I knew what to do and when. Was seamless, and I'm very, very happy with my new home and landlord.

Jayne is absolutely lovely, always very nice. She is always at hand and can always get in touch with her easily, as our main point of contact she had made renting very easy!! Russel is also very nice, we had a issue with our sink and sorted it straight away. All staff are lovely. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a brilliant agency to let though :-)
