Beautiful products, and excellent customer service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new en-suite! Highly recommended. Napier were so helpful and approachable for any questions we had, and will be proactive at offering advice if you need it (which we did!).

A complex hybrid assignment utilising the removal and replacement of existing equipment and the provision of new, including a Toto bidet wc and sit down shower with separate heads. Excellent tiling. Overall standard of materials, design and installation first class with friendly staff who listened to and responded accurately to our needs. Highly recommended.

I have waited for four months since our bathroom remodel to see whether we loved the job as much now as we did when it was completed. We do! The Napier team transformed a typical Edinburgh (Marchmont) long and thin bathroom into a truly luxurious bathroom with a large shower unit. The design is perfect for the space available, the fittings are top quality and the workmanship is outstanding. While the work took a little longer than expected, the disruption proved much less than we feared. It may have been expensive, but it was worth every penny. We now have a bathroom to be proud of. Our thanks to Daniel, Johnny and the indefatigable Robert.

Our positive experience with Napier began with the initial consultation and design process with Daniel, who was able to accommodate all of our wishes and ideas, and was able to suggest clever ways to make a major job still fit within our budget.The brief was for a new en suite shower room and a family bathroom, fully stripped out, remodeled and re-fitted. This experience continued when the job actually began, with Chris Lawson from Lawson's Joinery leading a team that included bathroom fitters, tilers and plasterers. The contractors were all highly professional, skilled and courteous and took care to thoroughly clean the work areas each day. Being a listed property, there was nothing standard" about the job

I liked the range of first class appliances on offer, the planning of the ensuite took account of my wishes. The detailed computer generated plan allowed me to see the finished effect and to make alterations as I wished. The final installation was handled to my complete satisfaction.

We are very pleased with the design to completely refit quite a small room in our flat to replace the original bathroom we’d inherited when we moved in several years ago. We needed one to help cope with onset of arthritis and which would also be much easier to clean.In the event, the design team gave us that but also a really lovely bathroom too which has clean lines and a relaxing feel to it. There are extra features we would not have thought of which we are really enjoying.The installation uncovered various challenges in the early days due to the ‘unusual’ plumbing of the original bathroom which had caused all the problems we had had with drainage and water pressure but these were solved as we went along by the installation team led by Robert who managed to deliver the bathroom within the suggested time in spite of changes needed as we went along. He never seemed to be daunted.This was a few weeks ago and we are now all settled with the new room. The design works well and using it is easy and such a pleasure.

Initially it was the friendly and helpful welcome from Napier Bathrooms that drew me to ask them to problem solve a difficult space for us. Over the past 8 years Johnny and his team have been brilliant at helping us when items needed maintained or replaced. Really nice people who care about their customers way after the original work is finished.

Napier Bathrooms listened to my requirements and designed a great bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble, questions were answered with endless patience and Daniel has total understanding on how to treat a customer well. The team who fitted the bathroom were great and we're really happy with the final outcome. No problem recommending Napier to get a value for money product and excellent service from start to finish.

It has taken a long time before deciding to write a review, for I believe reviews are subjective to an individual opinion and personal opinions, by my first hand experience, can often be far and apart depending on each individual different circumstances.Nevertheless, in this particular case I have taken exception, to write this satiric for I am sure there will be a positive outcome in order to redress criticism from persons out there too quick to take out pen and paper" and been too eager to blame others most often.My positive truthful experience with Napier Bathrooms and Interiors goes a long way back

The installation of my ensuite by Napier Bathrooms was fraught with mistakes and I do not recommend this company.Their website states that “our bathrooms are built to last”. Given the number of issues that I have already encountered, I do not share this view. The first install of the tileable shower tray, carried out by Napier Renovations in March 2022, lasted only 2 months, before there was movement in the tiles and water leaking. The second attempt by their other fitters, TP Exclusive bathrooms, lasted 4 months before it failed, with water escaping and this time causing damage to the wall and floor in the adjacent room.The floor tiling lasted 5 months before two tiles started to lift. The subsequent repair lasted only a week before the new floor tile also had movement and had to be replaced again.A report from an independent Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS qualified) identified multiple defects with the bathroom installation. The inspection identified that the wall tiling was not suitably adhered, with “dot and dab” having been utilised. The report also confirmed that the shower tray had not been installed correctly and that there was no tanking / waterproofing applied to the plasterboard within the shower area.Napier Bathroom’s website refers to “expert installation by our own team of fully qualified installers”. No professional tiler would use dot & dab. In addition to the shower tray not being installed properly, I would not expect a bathroom fitter to plumb a shower valve wrong or leave a toilet with a juddering sound every time it is flushed. A competent fitter would not get studwork in the wrong place. A fitter taking reasonable care wouldn’t spill screed on the carpet in the adjacent room. A professional bathroom company would ensure that the correct size of material is specified, so that there is not a gap in the underfloor heating in the centre of the room.After the works had gone on over a year, I engaged another company to rectify the install. I recommend you avoid Napier Bathrooms and save yourself a very stressful fitting experience.
