I have to say that the way I was spoken to when I asked a few basic questions was appalling - clearly there is an issue with certain staff not really caring about how they speak to customers. I was made to feel really uncomfortable. The customer adviser just tried to ridicule me with nonsense information which was completely wasting my time and left me and him both frustrated because he has poor communication skills, I won't be back again.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff who would much rather ridicule your request than attempt to assist. I went in trying to source a 25units of a specific kind of wash basin for a commercial project, however was appalled at how unhelpful and rude the staff were. They did not even try and attempt to understand what I was after, and proceeded to fob me off. This company obviously prioritizes bad attitude and TERRIBLE customer service rather than drumming up new business. AVOID.
