Craig is A GENIUS, my laptop had died on me while I was spending a few days by the seaside and he identified the problem straightaway, clearly laying out my options from a common sense and honesty point of view as opposed to a ripping-me-off one. Really impressed with my hard drive and data being perfectly preserved, bargain service and I dread to think what might have happened if I'd gone to a big chain store with my dead machine. Local business FTW, 10/10 recommend. Thanks a mill Craig!
