Took troublesome strimmer in ,sorted ,quick,efficient and a good price, paid more in taxis , will certainly go again

Having quoted 3 weeks for the service , there was a problem with the carburettor, they took 6 weeks to advise that the model was obsolete and could not be fixed as parts could not be obtained. They returned the machine, but the linkage to the carburettor was not in the same condition as when I sent it. I spoke to them advising that I would be happy to pay the delivery costs but would not pay the diagnostic cost. I suggested they pick the machine up and put it back to the condition it was in when I sent it. They replied that they would charge me for this and If I did not pay the £20 diagnosis charge the would pass it on to collections.Certainly will not be using them again.

Brilliant customer service. Friendly staff. Called in with a spare's query (Qulacast Rear Roller), although they did not have it in stock they pointed my in the right direction to obtain it from a different supplier.

Excellent quick service and very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help us replace the part we needed.Would recommend.

I called in with my Black and Decker cordless strimmer which had thick wire caught around the shaft mechanism. In less than 10 minutes the very helpful staff had freed it up, restoring my strimmer to full health. No charge either! Highly recommended. Great service.

Really excellent service for my elderly shredder that I'd paid somewhere else to fix (they didn't). Polite and professional reception and progress updates. Reasonable price for sorting a difficult carb problem.

Serviced my Mountfield self propelled lawn mower and returned as new. Was a little hard to get through to book and arrange delivery but managed it in the end.Would definitely recommend as it's made a huge difference to the cut and how it runs.

Poor service, STIHL HS45 hedge cutter would not take load, I was informed machine had received a new Carb, the actual invoice stated (Diagnose and repair fault - attend to Ignition / Carb / Starter, Serviced fuel system and replaced ignition coil, replaced spark plug 95843, set and test) - (Actually there was nothing wrong with the starter/ignition coil, it has always fired up first time every time) they charged £88.13 to have this fixed.The first time it was used again the exactly the same fault appeared, the cutter would not take load, brought back for repair, this time the invoice said (Diagnose and repair fault - attend to Ignition / Carb / Starter, Serviced fuel system and replaced ignition coil, replaced spark plug 4626, tune and test).From this it looks to me as though they have supplied an incorrect part, (i.e. why are the spark plugs different on each service?) That said the second visit was not free of charge, they invoiced me a further £65.93.Use with extreme caution.

Purchase a cobra petrol lawnmower from high trees which they reserved for me without me even leaving a deposit.my wife collected it the following day and was more than impressed with the pleasant and very helpful staff. Thank you to all team and well done on providing a perfect service.

I have just been to collect some new wheel bearings for my Honda Lawnmower and was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism shown by the technician who looked after me. He took time to pass on useful advice and showed a real can do" attitude that I found refreshing.I have several planned purchases for the coming season and will certainly be using this company in future.
