Very rude disrespectful and racist behaviour of the guy in shop, only go for dropping some parcels and he always manage to fight.

Was told I couldn’t go in with my dog, I mentioned she’s a service dog and he asked where her sign was (so I pointed it out on her harness) and he let me in. As I’m standing at the til to return a package and my dog is lay down next to me, he said infront of multiple people “service dogs wear yellow, you’re not disabled look at you there’s nothing wrong with you” which completely shocked me! I stated that I’m diabetic and she’s an alert dog, and he puffed at me and rolled his eyes. The whole time my dog was lay down by my feet on her best behaviour ignoring every person in the shop.. disgusting way to treat a customer!

Very rude & over priced I try to avoid going here only to top up my gas & electric cards today the guy charged me 50p for topping up I said I've never paid that he said ( no we get charged 50p") also he didn't give me a receipt for the charge & i paid cash not bank card! anyway its not about the 50p its a the principle!! imagine him doing this to lots of people!! so I've reported him to trading standards they also said this is illegal! PROPER HALAL!! Should be ashamed of yourself!!"
