When you try and ring up subway about 12 times about a missing items they do not answer as I had a few missing items which I have not received on my order I am absolutely fuming about this

I ordered a meal deal through Uber eats as well as hash brown’s and an extra cookie separately and I only got the sandwich hash browns and 1 cookie was missing the drink crisps and cookie and tried ringing multiple times but there’s just no answer. Also the hash browns came out of the box aswell

Just been for lunch at this store with my mother and we wasn't impressed to say the least, Customer service was shocking, We was made to feel old and like we shouldn't have been there, We had to ask for sauces on our food and there was no customer service skills at all, This has put us off this store, Any other store I have been to has been a nice friendly experience with helpful adult staff, Not good...

Waited 15 mins from first ordering to actually paying, it took 4 members of staff to actually make my sub and when I got it this was the final product!!!! Absolutely shocking service, staff didn't have a clue!!!!!!

Tried to order on Uber eats and it was apparently closed when it wasn’t, so we drove up and 25 mins before close when we walked over the locked the door. Locking the door to avoid customers before close as they are maybe 10 meters from the door.

This was 5 days ago cost me nearly £20 on just eat app I have put in for a refund both meals one was meatballs all 3 of them, the other was double chicken all salad except tomato,pickles jelopenos and both sweet onion dressing. I got two boxes of lettuce. This was the widnes fir park. As you can see by the pictures this was delivered to me!. The prices have gone up through the roof whereas the food absolutely disgusting bad, subway has always been about customers choice these days that's not the case that's a joke. I wouldn't mind but both boxes had bits of onion and sweetcorn in them and not a full serving? No dressing either. Still waiting a full refund from just eat don't want credit to spend, I am disabled and when I can't get out I rely on deliveries. I have noticed today that the Fir Park branch is not on just eat only the Widnes road branch. I did try ringing fir park no answer as soon as I opened the box s.

Don’t bother ordering from here. Did an online order for delivery, spent £30 on 3 meals, for them to come missing 2 drinks, a packet of crisps and the add one for the salad which were payed extra for not included. Absolutely ridiculous. Is reading an order off a receipt and making it really that difficult?? I doubt it. Have complained to Uber Eats, tried to get through to the restaurant by calling but rang out every time.

Didn’t think this subway would be as bad as the reviews however it definitely is. The service is shocking and the teenagers behind the counter need to learn some customer service. It’s very unprofessional when someone is on there phone while serving customers…. My sub completely fell apart the moment I opened it due to the way it was cut, they may as well serve knives and forks there for people to use if this is how they normally make them. Most certainly won’t be returning.
