What a great service from this shop. In the past year I've bought a tumble dryer and a fridge freezer from them. On both occasions, delivery was the next day for no charge. The items were unwrapped and packaging taken away. Great friendly service from start to finish. My advice to all - shop local!

Needed an unusual type of energy saving bulb for my bathroom. Spent most of Wednesday this week in Leeds city centre searching for one with no luck. It was suggested I go to Olwyn Fox which I did a short time ago, a very efficient young lady took the old one from me and returned 1 minute later with the correct one. Thank you. Would you believe it, Leeds - 4 hrs several miles walked £3 petrol & £3 Parking. Result = One very annoyed person.Olwyn Fox - 15 minutes 1.3 miles walked and 3 mins with a helpful person. Result = no need for a torch in the bathroom tonight !!!!!

We needed an electrical safety survey completing on a house to progress the sale. The survey was arranged the same day. A team of two very personable and professional guys turned up within 40 mins and completed the survey in less than 2 hours. They indulged my curiosity and explained how several anomalies still worked safely. The completed report plus recommendations were emailed to me by the end of the day. All in, first class and at a very competitive price.
