Land Rover Service Centre Nottingham

Great service, got my exhaust fluid topped up last minute before closing and window washer also without asking, all complementary, very friendly and efficient!

Simon is the man to see he is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Top man sorted all our services and warranty out. Lovely chap knows us by name when we call. so to me that’s a man who takes an interest in his job n that of his customers. Thanks Simon Pete n cara red Range Rover sport.

Took my car for some warranty work and to have a dash camera fitted. Work all done with no mess, even washed the car too. Curtesy car was easy to organise with them

The Service Manager at this branch is not only incompetent he is also rude to customers. I took my daughter's car their for a simple repair and 5 days later was still waiting for them to say it was ready.I will NEVER take a vehicle to that branch again. Friends say they travel to the Derby branch rather than letting to the Nottingham branch touch their car, and now I understand why!

Customer service is pretty poor , 3 appointments and 4 days of inconvenience to carry out warranty work and a service. Wouldn't use any stratstone brand dealer again and probably won't buy another Jaguar Land Rover vehicle based on this dealer repair centre experience.

I recently had an MOT here. My MOT failed on something which sounded far fetched and needed over £700 to fix (typical). After having my doubts over the failure reason and part responsible I won the argument with the service advisor that I was in fact allowed to take the car away got a second opinion from a very accomplished Land Rover specialist garage. They also found the failure far fetched and I had the car MOT tested again, strangely enough it passed. After having both of their MOT testers agree that the initial failure was ridiculous and laughable.Funnily enough they did tell me that (both) the clips which hold the pipe in place had snapped off, this would of in fact been a fail in its own right. It was also clear that the clips breaking off was very recent as there was virtually no dirt on either of the plastic clips where they had snapped. Consistent with me leaving this Land Rover center and driving straight to the next MOT location in English January weather.So my £700 repair bill turned out to cost me £2.20 + another MOT£2.20 of damage which was caused by Land Rover during the MOT process.I should also mention that the car washing service is by far the worst of the luxury car brands I have experienced.

I’ve had my first land rover for nearly a year now which I absolutely love!! Whenever I have endured an issue with my car Laura has been more than helpful, (gone over and above for me). She really is a credit to the company. I tell all my friends if they need anything doing to their Land Rovers to use this one as the service I have experienced has always been amazing. Yesterday I needed something for a friend for his defender 90 and he used his local branch in sheffield that fobbed him off and told him to go online (which can’t be found online) I called Laura to help my friend and within a few hours she got back to me and helped me with the problem. Now its all been sorted.The service I receive from this branch makes me want to return to Land Rover and more specifically the Nottingham branch as I know I always receive a fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried and especially Laura who genuinely cares about the customers. Thanks Laura for all your help.

The staff have been incredibly rude on multiple occassions. A big let down for the Landrover and Stratstone brand - won't be going back.Edit - Based upon the advice of other reviews, I have switched to Inchcape Landrover Derby. I agree that the quality of customer care at Inchcape is much better in comparison.

Extremely slow service, no one seems to know anything about what's going on here.30 minute wait to even be seen, que forming behind us in seating area.Absolute shambles for a Land Rover Dealership/Service Centre.Very very poor.

absolute shocking serviceHad my l494 range rover sport in for a serviceI asked for a service that would cover my Differential oil and Transmission oil was told this is the perfect service for me .Service done collected the car was told ecerything was done and good to go .Few days later in for a rear break pad change at my friends garage (not land rover )Hes pointed out that the rear Differential drain plug had not been removed nor had the oil been changedI Contacted landrover they told me I hadn't paid for this Differential oil to be changed ( i have the Receipt )My receipt clearly states differentail oil and oil drain plugThey then Confirmed that they hadn't done itWill definitely not being using this branch again Cowboys is an understatement
