This product is amazing and a lovely company to deal with. What looked like concrete is now beautiful, cream limestone. My expectations, given the high price of the product, were high and they were surpassed by a long way. It really looks like new! One of my neighbours has since used it and a few friends. As another company says: it does what it says on the tin!

The Patio Black Spot Removal Company cleaned all my block paving, it had never been cleaned before and came up like new, it was laid 7 years ago.It is approximately 106 square metres and was all done in one visit, will definitely have a yearly refresh from them.I highly recommend this company.

We have two patios that had become quite dark. On one of them, I had spent a lot of time attempting to jet wash the dark and slippery surface off. It was taking me ages and the results were ok but not great. After treatment from Patio Black Spot, the York stone looks amazing and the Indian Sandstone looks like the day it was put down. Really really happy with the service and results. We intend to make this an annual process to keep our patios looking great.

Firstly I have to say that the final result was very good. Have no complaints at all with the quality of the work. I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth as the original area that had been quoted for was not in fact for the area that had been estimated but rather the minimum area fo 30m2... so when the final invoice was received at more than double the anticipated cost I feel mislead and perhaps wouldn't have wanted to spend that much money. On the up side the patio does look great but won't be using them again.

Our patio was supposed to be a pale grey but had become blackened with mould and dirt. We tried several shop bought products to remove the mould, but with no success. Absolutely wonderful result - our sad spotty Indian Sandstone now looks like new. Impressed also by the care taken to protect our plants - we didn't just have straightforward patios but also lots of paths between flowerbeds with most of the plants spreading out over them. I had been a bit worried about this but definitely didn't need to be!

This is our 3rd year using Alex and the team. We have had the full treatment and 2 annual refresh. Everything has always been spot" onand works exactly as the Guy's describe it. This year Lee did a great job adding extra value by patiently trying to remove problems on a few extra stones we had added to our terrace. It would have been so easy for him to say he had done all he could and leave. I will not hesitate to book my next treatment or to refer this excellent service.."

I had forgotten how lovely my patio looked! The colour of the sandstone has been revealed in all its beauty.I found the company excellent to deal with and the work was done to a very high standard. I did lose a few plants bordering the pathway but this was anticipated and worth the loss to see the stonework looking as it did when it was first laid. An excellent job.Kate DFleet
