Pear Tree Dental Practice

My husband went here for an emergency appointment. He was very impressed by the treatment he received and recommended we take the children along for their first check up. The children were really excited about going to see Bernice and she kept the excitement and happiness going while informing them and I of what we could do to improve their hygiene.Next it was my turn. I’m a very nervous patient but, Bernice did the exact same thing for me. She explained everything was very thorough and put me at ease. I had to see the hygienist, so I booked in. Again she was very assuring and explained everything very well I actually skipped out of the chair in happiness. I feel like I no longer need have that fear. Thank you!

We paid Pear Tree a very steep £180 for a Check up prior to moving from our current Denplan Dentist which we had been with for 17 years. All went well, we signed all the paperwork, called a dozen times to find out if everything was going to plan with our moving over date of 1/07/2023, practice Manager said all was good and she was personally handling our move over to Pear Tree Dental Practice, as the time came closer and closer and still not receiving any of the 6 promised call backs, zero response to our emails, we contacted Denplan only to hear nothing had been done by the Practice Manager of the Pear Tree Dental Practice, tried 3 times that day to get through, voice Mail was the only optional left a message and to this date 30/06/2023 no reply from the very unprofessional and zero customer service Pear Trash Dental Practice! I called Denplan back and said we’re staying with our current Dentist as clearly this Pear Trash Dental practice would of been a disaster to join! Instead we will continue to drive the 2 hours to go to a Dentist we have been with for 17 years. I wish I could of given zero stars to Pear Tree Dental practice because that’s what they deserve! Only thing they where good at doing was ripping us off of £180 pounds, so for the ripping off part they deserve top marks! Stay away from rip off Pear Tree Trash Dental!

I can highly recommend Pear Tree. Everyone at the practice is very kind and professional and I really felt well cared for. I am a very nervous patient but was put at ease by the calm and gentle examination. I am definitely going back with a big smile on my face!

Bernice was fantastic, she has seen me as a new patient. I find it very distressing but from the get gonshe made me feel at ease. She explained everything that was needed and really made sure I understood why and how it would be done. I felt like she genuinely cared and was willing to take that extra time that I needed to feel comfortable.

I had my tooth taken out. I was extremely nervous and wasn’t well at the time . They were extremely helpful and the dentist did a wonderful job. I came away wondering why I was so scared of dentists. I give them 5 stars all round.

I had not been to the dentist for over 17 years due to a really bad experience previously, and was extremely nervous about stepping foot inside a dentist again. Pear Tree are absolutely brilliant. My treatment was fully explained to me, and they took the time and care to reassure me, allow more time for appointments and i'm really pleased with the results. Really glad I found this dental practice and I will now be going regularly again. Brilliant, friendly team with a superb level of service for nervous folks like me!

Friendly and professional, I'm not a lover of dentistry, had to have an extraction unfortunately, but the procedure was completely painless apart from the initial numbing injections, very happy with the outcome

After not visiting the dentist for a number of years due to a few bad experiences when I was younger I was extremely nervous for my appointment as a new patient. Both the dentist and nurse were so kind and put my mind at rest. They explained everything they were doing and stopped treatment on a couple of occasions when my nerves were getting the better of me. I'm so glad that I visited pear tree last week and feel very grateful for finding such a compassionate practice. Thank you

The care and attention to detail that Anu gave when filling my tooth was outstanding. Her cosmetic skills are wonderful and every part of treatment was entirely painless.
