Wonderful location, should be a glorious cafe but sadly disappointing. Poor layout, cheap seating. Food and drink worth of a motorway service station. Please improve...I'd love to come back.

Felt more like a school tuck shop than a cafe. It needs to be serving hot food in my opinion and have a kitchen equipped for it. Also I was expecting it to be a bit bigger inside. Still, with time it may develop.

Just had a very nice pot of tea, which was served promptly with a smile, hence I couldn't score the food.Nice warm, airy place. Level access from carpark. Disabled toilet. Plenty of space for walking aids, wheelchair if required . Mainly sandwiches, snacks and some lovely looking cakes ( including vegan, dairy free gluten free options). Only negative is the noisy fridges, but I'd happily come here again, despite that.

What a lovely cafe this used to be, before the rebuild. Just had a mediocre cappuccino which burnt my mouth as the server tried to froth the coffee for too long and once I could drink it it was very weak. But what annoyed me the most was that there was no water bowl outside for dogs and when I asked for some (let's face it all cafes have an excess of plastic tubs) they pointed me into another part of the park. So I asked for some tap water and my dog drank it from the glass. C'mon owners it's a place where lots of dog walkers go and we spend money with you, put a bowl down!!!

Waiting and waiting a graceless youngdark haired youth obviously there in difference to others Took my cash after a while then strode off. I was still waiting. It seemed one young lady was actually making and serving

Incredibly slow service, there was only one order ahead of me so not that they were busy... ordered a specific coffee as well standard cappuccino (if its an issue to make it, don't offer it) got something completely different and when pointed out the waitress was clearly less than impressed, practically rolled her eyes and made the coffee correctly... May I suggest writing the orders down? Tends to be easier to remember then. And it should be standard practise to saying thank you to someone who has spent money in your business. The other customers behind me noticed the lack of manners too.
