The Security Hub provided an excellent service. From the start they were very responsive via email and WhatsApp and provided a free consultation to check out our property and suggest the best solution to meet our needs. The workers were very professional and personable and completed the job in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with the security hub again should we have any other security needs.

Amazing service from beginning to end. From sending an e-mail John visited within a week to survey the property and give us advice. His advice is professional and honest, not pushing unnecessary equipment. John also went through the system he installs, advantages and key features.Installation was undertaken in a professional way. Neat wiring and discussion on options we had on camera position etc (again with John giving his professional advice on the pros/cons of different camera positions).Once installed John spent the time setting the system up including agreeing with us options on various detection zones and setting up the phone app. John then explained the system configuration controls and how to access them via the laptop or on the screen with a mouse.Thoroughly recommended.

John turned up as requested for the quote, found him to be very knowledgeable on what was best cameras to use and also more importantly where to situate them. Had back to fit & install which was done to a high standard. Technical advice on system and mobile app was spot on.Would I recommend?
