Review edited 22/11I met Nigel in person this morning (22/11) regarding the work done mid Jan 2023.I must be totally frank I did find him ( in my opinion ) to be a little aggressive / slightly confrontational / intimidating in tone. This is understandable behaviour from someone who’s receiving criticism, they become defensive ( as a mental health worker you learn to read peoples body language and tone )I did for my defence / reference record the conversation .I would also like to make clear as per Nigel’s comment regarding himself contacting me via mobile. I replied via email to his yahoo email address on 16/11/23 after his missed call, to which he invited me to see him.Meeting: Nigel did agree that the work done on the wing should’ve had another coat of the silver metallic paint. He was adamant the door was blended ( agree to disagree on that ) He kept changing his mind too as to where it had been blended.( As you see by the pictures, they speak for themselves ).He offered to redo the work if I removed my reviewAfter the meeting, I’ve decided within my right not remove this review including any media attached. People can make their own judgement to the work taken out and the splendid colour blending done !I won’t be letting Nigel work on my car. And I’m sure he’ll be glad not too. Instead I’ll be much happier purchasing a good quality salvaged wing which I did for the N/S, the colour match was 99.99% even if this leaves me out of pocket.I have, out of sympathy changed the previous 1 star rating i’d given this company to a 2 star rating. If there were a 1.5 star option I would’ve select that.I would now appreciate and request no further contact. The issue is now closed.

Nigel is absolutely fantastic! Really helpful, efficient, and does an excellent job. He even went out of his way to help me, as I was stuck after an accident and couldn’t get home. I can’t recommend Dentons highly enough! The whole team are excellent, and their customer service is second to none. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for car repairs!

Nigel and the team were excellent. I shopped around for quotes to fix the front of my car after I hit a deer, and he was the only one who took proper time and care to look over it when giving me an estimate. They took me in the very next morning and it was done the following afternoon. The fix on the bumper and grill is seamless and I’m very happy with the service and finished product!

An excellent workshop to get your car fixed from start to finish. Nigel kept me informed about the progressed of the repair, a friendly professional, honest and trustworthy man. I got my car back looking pristine way better than I expected. Had a great experience using Denton’s after scraping the side of my car in a car park. I took it to Denton’s and the looked at it immediately, provided an estimate, which was followed with a matching quote the next working day. The work completed quickly and to an excellent standard. They were super friendly and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great service great communication and genuinely nice people. The standard of the work is very high too and you feel like you’re being really well looked after.I had a bit of a prang when someone drove into me. The insurance company were pretty terrible, actually, they were fully terrible, but Dentons took the stress out of it and made sure the claimProgressed.Dentons weren’t on the list of repair specialist offered by the insurance company, the ones that were had poor reviews and I wanted to avoid future issues.A friend recommended Dentons - which is always the best referral. As you can see from the pictures, it looks like the car just rolled off the production line.Honestly, with hand on heart, I couldn't recommend Dentons enough.

Nigel was an absolute gent from start to finish. I needed some urgent work done on my vehicle as I use it for work, and thankfully he managed to get me in on the same day. The work was finished within a day and to an excellent standard. I’ll be using the team at Denton’s for any issues going forward, and would recommend them to anyone in the area!
